CLTs are on the rise in NYC. Groups are organizing CLTs in neighborhoods across the city — from the South and Northwest Bronx to East Harlem, Brownsville, and Jackson Heights — to develop and preserve permanently affordable housing, commercial and community spaces, gardens and green infrastructure, and other neighborhood assets.
